Accumulate

Free Postal Entry

You do not have to pay to enter Accumulate. Every competition has a genuine free entry route by post, and a postal entry is treated exactly the same as a paid one: the same draw, the same odds, the same prize. No purchase is necessary.

Where to send it

Post an unenclosed postcard, or a letter in an envelope, to:

Accumulate Free Entry
WinWink
11 Laura Place
Bath, England
BA2 4BL
United Kingdom

This is the same address shown on the competition page itself. If the two ever disagree, use the one on the competition page.

What to write on it

  1. Your full name.
  2. The email address on your Accumulate account. You need a registered account for us to allocate the entry to - creating one is free and takes a minute.
  3. Your full postal address.
  4. The name of the competition you are entering.
  5. This line, in these words: "I wish to enter via the Free Postal Entry route."

One entry per postal submission. You may send as many separate submissions as you like - there is no limit - but each must be posted separately. Multiple entries written on a single card count as one.

The deadline

Postal entries must arrive before the postal cut-off, which is shown on the competition page and falls shortly before the draw itself. Post takes time: send it well ahead rather than on the last day. Entries that arrive after the cut-off cannot go into that draw and will not be carried over.

How it is treated in the draw

Each valid postal entry is allocated an entry number in the same sequence as the paid entries. The winning number is selected by the same published seed calculation, with no knowledge of how any entry was made. If a postal entry wins, we contact you on the account email you provided and pay the prize in exactly the same way.

Rules

  • You must be 18 or over and meet the eligibility rules in our Terms & Conditions.
  • Do not enclose cash, cheques, or anything else. Enclosures are discarded and the entry is void.
  • Incomplete, illegible, or duplicated submissions cannot be accepted.
  • We cannot be responsible for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in the post, and proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
  • Entries must come from the person entering. Bulk submissions on behalf of others are void.
  • The details you post must match the account they are allocated to.

A note on the pot

The jackpot grows by 50p for every £1 actually paid in entries. A free postal entry costs you nothing and adds nothing to the pot - but it competes for the whole pot on exactly the same terms as a paid one, with exactly the same chance of winning. That is the point of it.
